"Came in for a burger on April 29th at 11:40 am. The young gentleman that was working was on his own and did a wonderful job. There were a few customers abd he stayed organized and kept a smile on his face. Please pass along my appreciation."

"I had a delivery that was botched and I wasn’t sure if it came from this location or the other location located in the Wesley Heights Plaza i had messaged corporate about it and I got an email back from two general managers one of them being Terry at this location. Who listened to the issue I had with kindness and compassion, and has completely redone the order for me for delivery at no cost even though we aren’t sure which location the order came from absolutely above and beyond on the service and customer care. Thank you so much for making my day. The food is always a good quality and I’m excited for my order."

"Not sure what the bad reviews are about, this is a very small location that is shared with a Swiss chalet. I’ve almost always found this place to be very quiet / empty after the pandemic. The servers have always been very friendly to me. The food is what you’d expect from Harvey’s, which is the best fast food burger that a franchise makes around here."
